At Cohousing PNW, we understand the unique challenges of building a multi-family, multi-million dollar project driven by a shared community vision and all its complexities. Successful communities must navigate:

Recruiting and retaining future neighbors with shared values
Setting up a legal, financial, and governance structure
Developing and ensuring a healthy community culture
Finding and securing land
Navigating the zoning and permitting process
